How to Delete Your Stashwise Account
At Stashwise, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account or remove your personal information from our platform, we make the process straightforward and transparent. How to Delete Your Stashwise Account
In-App Deletion
Open the Monietab app and navigate to User Profile.
Select Account and then tap on Delete Account.
Confirm your decision, and your account along with all associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.
Request Deletion via Email
You can also request account deletion by emailing our support team at hello@monietab.com from the email address associated with your account.
Include your full name and registered phone number in the email for verification.
Our team will process your request within 48 hours and confirm the deletion of your account.
Important Considerations
Data Deletion is Permanent: Once your account is deleted, your savings history, Tabcoin, and rewards will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Pending Transactions: Ensure all transactions are complete or withdraw any remaining funds before deleting your account, as any balance may be forfeited upon deletion
